Shapka Packaging Design Project – Commissioned by Nadi Food Industries Holding

Shapka was a brand with high-quality products but low visibility and poor sales performance. Our mission was to redefine its brand positioning and build an identity that effectively conveyed freshness, health, and trust to consumers.

The first step was redesigning the visual identity. We created a logo inspired by the warm and friendly face of an elderly man — a symbol designed to evoke both nostalgia and trust, forging an emotional and sincere connection with the audience.

However, the true turning point came not just from design, but from aligning that design with a clear brand strategy. This shift led to a dramatic increase in sales. Through a carefully crafted strategic design approach, we transformed Shapka from an underperforming brand into one with overwhelming demand — so much so that the factory had to operate three shifts to keep up with production.

Shapka became a living example of how strategic design can drive real, measurable business growth.
